I think I stress myself so much more than others do, and its killing me
GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now. Even if we don't speak often, please post a comment with a memory of You and I. It can be good or bad, it can be anything you want. When you're finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people remember about you.
Mpoh insists I post this up so I did :D
Cars diffuse down a concentration gradient, from a place where there is a higher concentration of vehicles to a lane that has a lower concentration. Traffic lights are partially permeable membranes.
Well, at least there is just TWO MORE DAYS!
Pffffft. It feels more like two centuries.

I can't take the strain, seriously D<
Too much nervous energy about finishing eoys.
Especially since I am surrounded my people who have finished exams ie my bro, my cousins, my neighbours, other school friends etcetc.
TO DO LIST AFTER EOYS (made to motivate me to study for my eoys, ironically)
1. Watch random dramas and gameshows (jieying just got me hooked on identity today tsktsk and amazing race and survivor latest seasons just started!)
2. Cut hair
3. Go shopping
4. Head to library to kill time and finish cip as fast as i can
5. Do nyaa? haha ms bwd will be proud xD
6. Sleep later
7. CHINA!!!!!
Well if I ever want to get started on the above, I better just stop blogging and start mugging. I look forward to Wonderful Wednesday.
And I just CANNOT believe Alonso won (again). I have to see the race, period.

I think our teachers still treat us like kiddies, somwhat. Three gave us goodies for Children's Day, I think.
Haha it was so nice and sweet of them !
Oh and some of them also calculated how much we each had to acheive in our EOY to pass that particular subject.
I need to kill math D<
Right now, I have my six boyfriends (borrowed some unused ones from zoe :D) - MADDENING MATH, Crazy Chemistry, Baffling Biology, Hurtful History, Amusing ALit and Cheem Chinese. I shall be spending most of my time with them 24/7, and abandoning the steady boyfriends TELEVISION and COMPUTER until exams are over ):
Stress has gotten to me. That would explain the nightmares at night about exams. A few days before chinese compo, I dreamt that I didn't write the number of the question I chose and got my marks halved. The night before yesterday, I was being chased by mathematics formulas, especially the menacing R-formula and goodnessknowswhat. Then just last night, I was sitting for some scholarship test (???) in some big weird nameless school. It was conducted in chinese no less and I had to write more compos =.= Then when there was half an hour left to go, I left to use the bathroom and got hopelessly lost, thereby not being able to return in time to finish the paper. I think I met some person but cant remember who at the moment.
I hope this doesn't mean I will go crazy anytime soon :S
Mina-san, GAMBATTE KUDASAI for eoys!
Bon courage et bonne chance :DD

Nope. Not at home. But in a kind of home.
It's a hotel right smack in the middle of Orchard. I even walked to ps with my family just now and all of us had our first ever Karl's Jr eating experience!
Bro: Omg free flow of drinks! *refills and refills and refills*
Dad: Much better than Macs and BK. WHAT HAVE I BEEN MISSING?!
Happy to say, that it has been a very fulfilling (pun intended), even if expensive experience.
Anyway, our room is COOL. The ceiling is SUPER high and beautiful, the lighting is soft and warm, and there is a hose-like hand dryer in the toilets. Best of all, this room is FREE. We even have been programmed a card that will allow us to park for free anywhere in Orchard! :DD All this is because my dad is on a work assignment called SECRET SHOPPING. The only negative thing is that the stopper for the iron is spoilt/missing/MIA or something and water kept splashing out while I was ironing =.=
Jieying was crazy in clc lecture today. When we got the marking scheme for our exam paper (which was FINALLY returned today), she started singing all the words to the tune of ju3 hua1 tai2. That is reallyreally lame and veryvery random, but thats Jieying Chua for you :D
I'm finally listening to THE MAN WHO CANT BE MOVED, which I have been hearing being sung for quite some time. It's quite a nice song, but the person in the song is PATHETIC and LOSER-ISH. Who would wait on "the corner of the street" for some girl that has aready dumped him and left? He seems to be disillusioned into thinking that she will come back. I would like to say - GET A LIFE. Ok no offence to fans of the song!
I need eoys to end, or at least start. Even though I haven't touched my books at all and think I should really think about doing so.
I can't believe my bro just switched the room temp to 18 degrees. I'm prepared to freeze. Don't be surprised if someone wheels me in tomorrow encased in an ice block!

I actually dreamt about it, breaking my record of dreamless nights.
It was rather odd too. From what I can remember, the trip was pulled forward, and somehow I went there without my luggage! I called my mum and was asking her to send it over when the connection broke. I tried finding another way of getting through to her and ended up on a pavement. Suddenly it began to snow and I realized that I wasn't wearing any winter clothing. Shivering from the frosty wind, I woke up :D
Really weird.
Attempting to do the A Lit reflective pieces but failing terribly and miserably, as you can see.
No homework days rock. But all this is spoilt because eoys are hanging over everyone like a dark cloud.
I think I'm addicted to a new drama. Oh boy =.=
Anyway, my grandma just brought back some magic (?) water from Malaysia. The alkaline one is used for drinking and "cleansing" of toxins from our body. The acidic one is for face-washing, heard it reduces pimples O.O
HAPPY MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL!
I <3 my mooncakes :)

Laura: *grabs xuean's keychain* OMG this is PORN!
Xuean: What! NONONONONO
Laura: He's not wearing any clothes!
Xuean: it doesn't count. It's a CARTOON CHARACTER. Not a HUMAN being.
Laura: *flips over keychain* How shameless! He didn't wear anything at the back too!
Xuean: The back is the exact replica of the front figure =.=
Dileen: *points to string hanging from fan to change the power* THERE MIGHT BE A BUG!
Yvonne: There might be a listening device in that umbrella
Laura: *points to fake wooden tree stump with a sign that says not to sit there* Omg is that a bomb? IT IS! Thats why we cant sit there! :DD
How interesting, fun and informative, right? Haha.
Meichun might want to intern there :O
Going to rebond my hair. Wonder how it will turn out?
Math retest tomorrow. Arghhh hope I can do well ):
Gambatte everyone :DD

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE.
We are in the library around the computer terminals, "trying to do our adv.lit term paper" and there's no teacher.

When my dad got home, the first thing my brother asked him was-
Bro: If jiejie were my twin brother, what would you call her?
Dad: Er... *walks into master bedroom to change*
Bro: *follows him* Well??
Dad: You can't rush these things, they need a lot of thought. Do you know how hard it was to choose just your name?
Bro: No.
Dad: ...
Bro: What about Ryan? (my baby cousin happens to be called that too!)
Dad: No, it's too similar. Next time we call "Bryan!" you wouldn't know whether we meant you or a Ryan.
Bro: So...
Dad: Erm I'm sure it would have to start with a 'B'.
Bro: Why?
Dad: Because your name starts with a 'B'.
Bro: *starts jumping on bed*
Dad: I know! I would call him BOB!
Me: What! NO WAY NO WAY. IT'S A GROSS NAME.
Bro: OK! Bryan and Bob. Bryan and Bob. Sounds quite nice. *smiles at me*
Me: Wait! I would rather be called Billy!
Dad: I know! Let's call him Billy Bob!
Me: *thinks of Billy Bob Thornton and his bizarre antics in the past*
I guess I'm really lucky I am not my brother's twin brother :DD
But still, I love my brother to bits, even if he is extremely annoying at many times.

Oh but then I will be out of the club of people-who-have-not-started-studying that Jieying has just told me about haha.
Can't believe I'm tensing up so soon. I mean last year, around this time, I was still playing like mad! Oh well, the downsides of growing up.
Just made my ic on monday! The system crashed because there were so many people. And the people queueing up to take photo for dunnowhatreason had formed a humongous line snaking all the way to the toilets :O
Proves one thing - the ICA should DEFINITELY build an extension and hire more workers. But anyway I was turned to this counter with this really nice Malay lady. Being random while the system tried to resuscitate itself, I tried talking to her in Malay, with all our Malay classes in sec 2 and stuff. It was quite a failure because I have not touched those Malay words in like agesagesages but then she was like: "Kana" and "kiri" when it was time to scan in my fingerprint. Haha she was really nice :D
Went out shopping with my mum today and saw this awesome wallet. But when I looked at the price tag it was :S
My bro has become obsessed with sling bags and sweaters and whatnot. TSK

Princess tea party was rather... princessy?
1. Charis brought a princess mug. It was a princess mug because it had princesses molded into it
2. Libin half-turned into a princess... with the help of eewei's (rather dirty by now) rose :D *Half-turned* - only her head!
3. Jieying's princess movie. Michelle heasn't watched any of the barbie shows - TSK DEPRIVED CHILDHOOD
Mr James Tan and Mrs Sandy Tan turned up for the party in flower chains. They looked like they just came back from Hawaii! Had many major class taking pictures with the various teachers. We must have taken 21531651872 pictures with 12731941627 cameras with five (?) teachers. But hey, we're girls - it's normal and pardonable.
The concert was rather entertaining. I'll certainly remember it!
Later, I was dragged against my will back to PCPS. But it was a blessing in disguise. My form teacher was leaving for Germany THE VERY NEXT DAY for dunno how long and plus the canteen food was excellant! Being back there really brought back memories about more childish and carefree times :))
Went out to tp central with the ex-classmates that actually came back to visit. There were about 10(?)/44 people. Along the way the girls teased the guys about their embarrassing past moments (past exes and crushes and whatnot :D) while some about their present thingamajigs!
The girls came back to my place where we studied for a few hours before succumbing to the exhaustion of the day. Then, we happily reminisced about pschool experiences and realized how far we've actually come since then!
Yay for teacher's day!

We had a talk about stress today, given by none other than our fabulously british form teacher - still love the accent :D
It did present some interesting points and other ways to look at stress, but when you have
1. Expository essay (4-5 pages no less :S)
2. 4 chem worksheets
3. 1 chem quiz
4. 1 chinese compo
all due in some way by TOMORROW, it is EXTREMELY HARD no to stress. No wait, let's try IMPOSSIBLE not to stress.
And while I'm slaving away trying to meet all these deadlines and AVOID any extensions, my father has to complicate things by watching the US open right next to me . PFFFT
Just took my ic photo. It was in a super dark room and the photographer kept saying to tilt my head here and there as well as telling me to push my fringe up again and again and again and again... and well you get the picture. (no puns intended) It was super irritating and I wondered how he could even SEE. Maybe he has incredible eyesight in the dark. Maybe he is an owl.
AT LEAST ITS ONE WEEK BREAK AFTER TOMORROW.
Fight or flight?

Did Flag Day for cca cip yesterday. At Chinatown and for 6h NO LESS. I ended up standing near the exit of the Chinatown MRT. The aunties and uncles were all so generous :D Even though they did not have much to give! But this flag day was not as dramatic as the one in orchard, where the antics of some people were simply unparalleled. Some not in a very positive way.
Anyway this was much more successful than th orchard one because I finished :)) Feeling really accomplushed, I then met Grace who had finished FIVE SHEETS of flags. HAHA I WILL ADMIT DEFEAT.
The rest of the team promptly disappeared while Lydia and I were walking aimlessly around ps after depositing our full and heavy cans. Then this person approached us for some interview for a magazine. On study tips xD
MAS. Quite an important influence on our lives as it currently stands. Refer to poh's blog. Caught some funny moments!
Crazy spastic laura and jieying
I really have no idea what the people in the middle are doing HAHAHAH
We look so professional xD
One foot standing ;D Like flamingoes!
Court shoes <3
The 10 flags of the 10 ASEAN nations. But why are some flags higher than others? Note: ASEAN flag is largest, followed by singapore :O
:D
Eewei looks reallyreallyreally blur !
A delegate from singapore: most memorable emotional outburst, most attractive and domineering delegate, scariest delegate....
GUESS!
Home sweet home.
MAS was mostly enjoyable and fun I guess :D
Just had library cip and now home, I need to do:
1. labelling of pig's heart
2. mpp debates script!
Homework's starting to pile up again.
MPP314 FTW!

So excited for tomorrow - I really can't wait!
I bet everyone will want to take lots and lots of pictures HAHA
Olympics ROCK. Been watching with my parents the whole day and getting high with them clapping and cheering for some athletes. It's like we were at the event! I think I will choose to go to Beijing for the year end trip, I feel I might learn more there. Even if the sanitation in niu lan shan IS rated 2/10.
CHEER UP DILEEN! Ignore those negative comments. Those people just do not know how much time and effort all of you put into planning Connect Singapore, and you won the elections fair and square. I asked - many students voted for you, and not just the teachers. Just know that the class will always be behind you ;D
OHOH, EH MICHELLE ARE WE PLAYING TMR?!!!
- Mood:
silly - Music:Olympic theme song ;D
I might just watch the NDP parade later on, but I'm sure that it will be incomparable to the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony yesterday. That was just WOAHWOAHWOAH. The performances were all so coordinated, even the taiji moves were like the thousands of performers were as one. Now THAT is skill.
However, there was a lot of air pollution with so much fireworks and the humongous flame xD
Connect Singapore yesterday too. Despite a little hiccup at the end, I think it was still quite fun, with the patriotism and all that. Kudos to DILEEN and LIVIA and other organising members!!
Got lost at first. Ended up missing the stop by ALOT and finally got off at City Hall. From there, had to travel down to Bishan and take 156. So scary :S
Then the fun part came! Sang national day songs under tentage like MANYMANYMANY TIMES. I think I shall not cover more because JIEYING said everything already hahahaha.
The enthu councillors
SISTERLY LOVE :D
Wonder who was so strong! That can is SQUASHED :D
Talking/fighting cans. Meichun and Jieying are SO IMMATURE
Our glammed up teachers! Quick: ask them where they got their shades ;D
Two crazies wanting to jump off the bridge :O
TITANIC THREESOME.
Hopeful picture :))
Add a speech bubble to this picture and make Libin scream whatever you want her to scream :P
Our REAAAALLY OLD xue jie (60+ anyone?) She rolled down her car window just to scream : "Wo shi ni men de xue jie!" So cute!
SO MANY PEOPLE FOR THIS EVENT! Don't know if you can see the ppl on the overhead bridge; I found them extremely amusing
Miss Birchwood: OUR IDOL! :DDDDD
:OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAHA
The more embarrassing shots shall not be posted xD
Something freaky happened just now. STUPID IDIOTIC IRRATIONAL HORRIBLE STRANGER D<
Anyway, off to do ASEAN Summit. Cant wait for the BANANANANANANANARAMA SUITS MON!!
